The interior design of the fine dining restaurant is a tribute to this creative, upscale cuisine. Natural stone, wood and the colours of nature dominate the concept. Rough natural surfaces meet smooth and shiny finishing, hard stone contrasts with soft textiles and carpets. The European-Asian style mix embraces the alliance of both culinary characters. The restaurant is divided into a bar area with a view of the kitchen, a cosy wine lounge and an elegant guest room, adjoined by a private dining room. The nature-oriented interior design underlines the kitchen’s philosophy of evoking culinary memories and creating new ones.
