Following his successful collaboration with internationally renowned top chef Thomas Bühner for LA VIE in Taipei, his next project will be realised in his native Germany in 2025.

The cuisine combines high-quality regional products with the best influences from two culinary worlds – French and Asian – which blend together harmoniously.

The interior design creates a harmonious backdrop for these culinary works of art and is characterised by a formal minimalism that is supported by the materiality and colourfulness. Cool, smooth natural stone surfaces meet matt concrete and warm wood. The design defies any regional classification and tells an individual story – just as the creations in the kitchen combine the familiar with the exotic and lead to new taste experiences.
