Following a change of the premises, the Lufthansa Lounge at the Airport Milan-Malpensa has been thoroughly relaunched. The lounge area was extended to 550 square meters and completely redesigned. Representing a new exclusive concept, the lounge is meant to be a pioneer in the design of future Lufthansa lounges and turns the brand into a tangible experience. The new representative area is characterized by a clear minimalistic design with resting zones reminding of the cozy atmosphere of a private living area.
The focus is on privacy, comfort and a feel-good atmosphere. Attention is given to the regional context by integrating the airport theme and Milan as fashion metropolis into the design concept. Several sources of light accentuate high-grade furniture and create an inclusive resting area with individual room for privacy. A front cooking station and a coffee corner supplement the lounge concept and invite to linger.
