The international trade fair for real estate and investments Expo Real in Munich is being extended by another hall this year. With the slogan “Where Real Estate meets Innovation”, trend-setting projects focusing on digital transformation are presented in Hall A3.
To attract the attention of all visitors and exhibitors for this innovation, Kitzig Interior Design and Kitzig Identities, commissioned by the trade fair management, developed a dynamic and flexible concept for the hall entitled NOVA³. In close cooperation, a consistent design has been created which highlights the future-oriented character of the fair and strengthens the focus on innovation.
Based on the Latin word Nova (“new”) and the number 3 of hall A3, the name NOVA3 reflects the individual character of the hall concept. The key visual, a spiral shaped pattern of lines, is reminiscent of a streaming data flow and unites the corporate colours of EX-PO REAL with the striking petrol shade of NOVA³. As a leitmotif in a number of variations, the key visual guides visitors on their way from the entrance areas to Hall A3. There, the design is continued in the petroleum-coloured hall floor and in the NOVA³ booths INFO, FORUM and GASTRO.
The NOVA³ INFO area with lounge character welcomes visitors, provides guidance and is the starting point for the INNOVATION TOURS. “More room for growth” is the distinctive theme of the forum’s design. Based on this, the Kitzig team developed an area for the exchange of information, creative ideas and the presentation of the latest technologies. Cluster seating instead of classic rows facilitates movement and enables visitors to enjoy a variety of activities.
The restaurant design of the NOVA³ GASTRO also reflects the design concept and complements the overall appearance of the NOVA³ exhibition hall.
In addition to the NOVA³ concept, the stand Freshup of the Intelligent Urbanization Forum and the design of the “Ristorante Rialto” catering area were also developed and implemented.
