Happy Franky is a place for socialising where the focus is on enjoying life. Everything is all about imagination, freedom and the joint experience. HAPPY FRANKY is a venue that combines leisure activities with hospitality offers and a hotel, and is a place for art, culture and fun.
Within the scope of the realisation of the first site in Troisdorf, we developed an individual, comprehensive brand concept for the new brand in cooperation with our colleagues, who developed the interior design concept in parallel.
Just like the name HAPPY FRANKY was inspired by the character of Frankenstein, a creature put together from various existing body parts and reanimated, the former shopping centre was also brought back to life. The already existing was preserved and features the new as well as the old.
The wordmark also reflects this idea. The symbol is an amalgamation of various fonts that actually resulted in the development a completely new font: the HAPPY FRANKY font.
The wide variety of cheerful colours stands for openness and the host of possibilities HAPPY FRANKY offers it guests. The corporate design elements are completed by geometric lines, patterns and blocks of colour which – used in a wide range of different versions – visualise and communicate HAPPY FRANKY’s varied and playful identity.
