The design concept for the public areas of a New Work Office building visualises the fusion of ‘work’ and ‘life’ and the possibilities for individual or communal use in the combination of materials, shapes and colours.
The zones for concentrated work and personal retreats are inspired by the cool and modern architecture of the district and are characterised by a clear, reduced design language. The zones for collaborative work and social interaction, on the other hand, reflect the lively and contrasting character of the neighbourhood with flowing natural forms and colourful accents.
The connecting element of all zones is the building architecture with wood and concrete, as well as a sustainable selection of products and materials and natural greenery.
