PGS - Privates Gymnasium Stadtkrone, Dortmund

A school project was called to life through private initiative, and was completed within a short time. The financial frame-work was tight and the refurbishment programme covered a wide area - child and teenager friendly surroundings were required. The outside wall-plan is a playful following however, a strict three part separation. Three strong Red- / Orange tones rap themselves like a band around the building, so that they stand out in different depths from the exterior wall and give a three-dimensional effect.
