Building on Phönixsee

A former factory area, is too redeveloped into “Living by the Water” including a business centre. The shape of the original building form allows for an extremely good view of the lake. Light penetrates through the patio right up to the garden level. The variable floor plan can be changed to suit various living situations. The house is useable as two residential units. On the ground floor there is the common area, the garden and upper floor are private. An outdoor bath on the upper floor provides for flowing crossover from the inside to outdoors.
