The materials reference the ancient history of the art of baking. Wooden baker’s paddles form a ceiling cloud, the wall tiles look like the fire bricks in the ovens of traditional bakehouses, wallpaper with an ears of wheat pattern and display tables with turned table legs made from dark stained wood all cite this long-standing tradition.<\/p>\n

The generously-sized counter offers plenty of space for goods display. On the thick oaken counter board, freshly baked goods are presented in handmade bread baskets. Round glass display cases on raised platforms decorated with mosaic tiles temptingly stage the baked treats.

Inspiration f\u00fcr die Materialit\u00e4t war die Tradition des Backhandwerks. Brotschieber aus Holz bilden ein Deckensegel, an Schamottsteine von Back\u00f6fen in alten Backstuben erinnernde Wandfliesen, Tapeten mit \u00c4hren-Muster und Pr\u00e4sentationsfl\u00e4chen auf gedrechselten Tischbeinen aus dunkel gebeiztem Holz nehmen dieses als Zitate auf.<\/p>\n

Die gro\u00dfz\u00fcgige Theke bietet viel Platz zur Warenpr\u00e4sentation. In handgeflochtenen Brotk\u00f6rben auf dem dicken Thekenbrett aus Eiche werden frische Backwaren angeboten. Runde gl\u00e4serne Vitrinen, auf mit Mosaikfliesen geschm\u00fcckten Podesten, setzen das Geb\u00e4ck verf\u00fchrerisch Szene.
