In the course of the first construction phase, some of the rooms in the abbey\u2019s main building were converted into a restaurant and a new conservatory complete with a patio.

[vc_column_text el_class=»kitzigprojekttext absatz»]The historic park and gardens have been translated into the interior design in the form of colours, materials and wallpaper patterns. Design elements such as the walls and room dividers pick up the abbey\u2019s striking window arches.<\/p>\n

The conservatory creates a new gateway between the park and the building, allowing floods of daylight to cascade through. With its muted and earthy tones, the colour scheme draws the eye to explore the surrounding landscape.<\/p>\n

The upstairs restaurant offers guests a vast array of options, with tables of various heights and sizes for all occasions. Exuding elegance and sophistication, the bar and buffet area complete with front-of-house cooking station mirror the refined ambience of the seating areas. The interplay of various lighting sources, such as the softly lit ceiling panels, striking floor lamps and pendant lights, adds individual accent lighting, creates distinct zones and bathes the space in an inviting and festive glow.<\/p>\n

Building on the momentum of the initial construction phase, the lobby and bar are set to be converted next.

Die markanten Fensterb\u00f6gen des Klosters finden sich als gestalterische Elemente an Wand- und Raumtrennelementen wieder.<\/p>\n

Der Wintergarten schafft eine neue offene Verbindung zwischen Park und Geb\u00e4ude und l\u00e4sst viel Tageslicht zu. Die zur\u00fcckhaltende und nat\u00fcrliche Farbgestaltung lenkt den Blick nach au\u00dfen.<\/p>\n

Das Restaurant im Obergeschoss bietet mit einer Auswahl an Tischgruppen mit verschiedenen Sitzh\u00f6hen und -gr\u00f6\u00dfen den G\u00e4sten viele M\u00f6glichkeiten. Die Bar- und der Buffetbereich mit Front Cooking sind wie auch die Sitzbereiche elegant und hochwertig gestaltet. Der Mix unterschiedlicher Lichtquellen wie das indirekt beleuchtete Deckenfeld oder die markanten Steh- und Pendelleuchten setzen einzelne Lichtakzente, schaffen Zonen und tauchen den Raum ein eine einladende und festliche Lichtstimmung.<\/p>\n

Im zweiten Bauabschnitt folgt der Umbau von Lobby und Bar.<\/p>\n
