Urban Gardening is the central design theme that encompasses the entire interior concept of me and all hotels Ulm. The style is accentuated by clear lines and puristically displayed materials such as exposed concrete and solid oak in a wide variety of finishes. Located directly on the ground floor, the reception area features a Greenwall that brings the new and young hotel concept to life. A cubic reception counter in concrete optics creates an aesthetic balance and adds a pleasant down-to-earth element to the overall design.<\/p>\n

On seven floors and in a total of 147 rooms, the theme of urban greenery is subtly continued. Flowering plants with macram\u00e9 art next to the bed provide the sleeping areas with a touch of jungle feeling. The rooms have a clear and structured character, but always include an element of surprise. For example, the open-space bathroom and sleeping area in every room highlights the industrial-style bath and thus adds a distinctive design statement.<\/p>\n

The restaurant and the sky bar with adjoining patio are located on the top floor. Here, again, the theme of urban gardening has inspired the design. In the indoor area, this concept was implemented in a more subtle way. The generously proportioned bar solution is reminiscent of organically shaped tree branches and stretches extensively across the restaurant. In addition to providing sufficient space for a large number of guests, the stately bar plate can also serve as a multifunctional buffet area. The positioning in the middle of the room also blurs the boundaries between separate staff and guest zones, creating a harmonious and spacious restaurant area. The arches in the bar section playfully refer to the architecture of the historic city of Ulm.<\/p>\n

Hier zieht sich auf subtile Art und Weise das Thema der urbanen Begr\u00fcnung weiter. Blumenst\u00f6cke mit Makrameekunst h\u00e4ngen neben dem Bett und geben auch den Schlafbereichen einen Touch Jungle Feeling. Die Zimmer zeigen sich klar, strukturiert aber immer mit einem gewissen \u00dcberraschungseffekt. So wurde beispielsweise in allen Zimmern auf eine r\u00e4umliche Trennung von Bad und Schlafbereich verzichtet. Das offene Bad im Industrial-Style setzt so ein gestalterisches Statement.<\/p>\n

Im obersten Stockwerk sind das Restaurant und die Skybar mit dazugeh\u00f6riger Terrasse platziert. Auch hier wurde die Thematik des Urban Gardening gestalterisch aufgenommen. Im Innenbereich wurde das Thema auf etwas subtilere Art umgesetzt. Die Barl\u00f6sung ist als raumgebendes Gestaltungselement in organischer Form an verzweigte \u00c4ste angelehnt und zieht sich gro\u00dffl\u00e4chig durch das Restaurant. Die gro\u00dfe Barplatte bietet zum einen einer gro\u00dfen Anzahl an G\u00e4sten ausreichend Platz, zum anderen kann diese auch Fr\u00fchs multifunktional als Buffett Fl\u00e4che dienen. Durch die Platzierung mitten im Raum wird optisch zudem die Abgrenzung zwischen dem Barpersonal und den Hotelg\u00e4sten aufgehoben, sodass ein durchgehender und gro\u00dfz\u00fcgiger Restaurantbereich entsteht. Die B\u00f6gen im Barbereich nehmen auf verspielte Art den Bezug zur Architektur der historischen Stadt Ulm auf.
