In addition, individually designed wooden partition racks in a black frame structure provide privacy and add a touch of start-up feeling. A special highlight is the \u201ccatwalk\u201d, a broad carpet striped in green, yellow and black that covers the middle of the office floor. Comfortable sofas, floor lamps and wooden tables create a pleasant co-working atmosphere. High backrests and side padding are conducive to concentration, helping staff to focus on group projects and smaller work projects. In addition, the self-contained conference room is available for larger meetings.<\/p>\n

Another eye-catcher in the new office space is the large communal area with cooking facilities. The bright yellow bar section and the white bistro furniture create an airy lounge zone which is perfect for cool after-work parties. Despite the strong and expressive colour concept, care was taken to at least partially preserve the flair of the 70s building. In den Raums\u00e4ulen, der Deckenbeleuchtung, dem Teppichboden und im Mobiliar findet sich die Farbgebung in einem harmonischen Gesamtbild wieder. Eine optisch frische und lockere Trennung zwischen den Einzel- und den dynamischen Gruppen-Arbeitszonen wird somit geschaffen. Die B\u00fcrom\u00f6blierung bietet im Einzelarbeitsbereich durch die gr\u00f6\u00dftenteils graue Farbgebung eine ruhige Umgebung f\u00fcr konzentriertes Arbeiten. Optisch getrennt werden einzelne Arbeitsbereiche durch individuell konzipierte Holz-Trennregale, eingefasst in schwarzer Rahmenkonstruktion. Diese sorgen nicht nur f\u00fcr die n\u00f6tige Abschirmung, sondern verleihen dem B\u00fcro zus\u00e4tzlich einen Hauch Start-Up Feeling. Ein Highlight ist der \u201eLaufsteg\u201c, ein breit-verlaufender gr\u00fcn, gelb, schwarz gestreifter Teppich, der sich durch die Mitte der B\u00fcroetage zieht. Opulente Pflanzen und Sitzinseln entlang des Teppichs laden zum kreativen Brainstorming ein. Aber auch Team-Meetings und Gemeinschaftsprojekte k\u00f6nnen bequem an den speziell daf\u00fcr vorgesehenen Arbeitsinseln durchgef\u00fchrt werden. Durch Stehlampen, gem\u00fctliche Sofas und Holztische wurde ein wohnliches Co-Working-Ambiente geschaffen. Hohe R\u00fcckenlehnen und Seitenpolster wirken konzentrationsunterst\u00fctzend und verhelfen zus\u00e4tzlich zur Fokussierung bei Gruppenprojekten und kleineren Arbeitsprojekten. F\u00fcr gr\u00f6\u00dfere Meetings steht zudem der geschlossene Konferenzraum zur Verf\u00fcgung.

Ein weiteres Highlight der neuen B\u00fcrofl\u00e4che ist der gro\u00dfe Gemeinschaftsbereich mit Kochm\u00f6glichkeit. Der knallig gelbe Barbereich und die wei\u00dfe Bistro-M\u00f6blierung schaffen eine ausgelassene Lounge-Zone und laden zu coolen After-Work Partys ein. Trotz des kr\u00e4ftigen und pr\u00e4senten Farbkonzepts wurde darauf geachtet, das Flair des Geb\u00e4udes, das aus den 70-ern stammt, in Teilen zu erhalten.
