Designer Olaf Kitzig eventually took on the task of restoring this architectural gem, carefully renovating the listed building with his team and transforming it into a \u201cresidential symphony of furniture, art, and light\u201d. In doing so, he completely reimagined the villa\u2019s layout: today, the ground floor houses the showroom of his internationally active studio, while the first floor is dedicated to private living spaces, and the attic accommodates separately accessed workspaces. Each room is designed with its own distinctive colour, material, and furnishing concept, which come together in a rich and intricate choreography, creating a diverse yet harmonious overall composition.
