The shimmer\u00ading grey stone floor of the apartment reflects the luxurious character of the residence. The floor received a jointless finish and was subsequently polished to emphasise this exclusivity, creating an almost seamless transition between the rooms.[\/vc_column_text]

In the guest bathroom, wet wallpaper rather than conventional tiles enhances the extraordinary style of the penthouse. The master bathroom is connected to the bedroom by a smoked glass element. The Kitzig Interior Design team implemented clean lines, smooth surfaces and numerous mirror \u00adeffects throughout the apartment to produce a masculine look. Soft fabrics and fine leather in various shades of grey and brown provide interesting contrasts. The superior quality of individual objects is a key element of the overall design. [vc_column_text el_class=\u00bbkitzigprojekttext\u00bb]Messingfarbene Dekorationselemente setzen zusammen mit einem atmosph\u00e4rischen Beleuchtungskonzept stilvolle Highlights in das warm ged\u00e4mpfte Ambiente. Im G\u00e4stebadezimmer wurde anstatt konventioneller Fliesen eine Wet-Tapete eingesetzt, um den au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichen Stil des Penthouses zu verst\u00e4rken. Das Masterbadezimmer ist durch ein rauchfarbenes Glaselement mit dem Schlafraum verbunden. Das Team von Kitzig Interior Design setzte klare Linien, glatte Oberfl\u00e4chen und zahlreiche Spiegeleffekte in der gesamten Wohnung ein. Ein maskuliner Touch wird somit erzeugt. Gleichzeitig sorgen weiche Stoffe und feines Leder in unterschiedlichen Grau- und Braunt\u00f6nen f\u00fcr das n\u00f6tige Spannungsverh\u00e4ltnis. Qualit\u00e4t und Wertigkeit der einzelnen Objekte spielen in dem Ensemble eine zentrale Rolle.
