The new design concept is noted for its clear use of shapes, which is particularly apparent in the glass wall and window fronts. This is complemented by surprising interior design elements such as green walls and the glassed-in, air-conditioned wine showroom. The panoramic windows in the staff offices stand out from classic office design. High, open ceilings in the hallways and shared areas ensure a bright, fresh and friendly \u00adatmosphere. A colourful open space area has been designed for briefings. Further facilities include a recreation room and a cafeteria for staff.<\/p>\n

Small row houses in pink and blue accommodate the visitor restrooms. A double washstand unit separates the ladies\u2019 and men\u2019s areas. In the absence of deliberately omitted ceiling panels, exposed pipes are re-miniscent of the former factory hall, enhancing the industrial touch that characterises the entire building.<\/p>\n

Das neue Gestaltungskonzept zeichnet sich durch eine klare Formensprache aus, die sich vor allem in den gl\u00e4sernen Wand- und Fensterfronten wiederfindet und durch \u00fcberraschende Einrichtungselemente, wie beispielsweise der Greenwall oder des verglasten und klimatisierten Wein Show-Rooms erg\u00e4nzt wird. In der Lobby wird der Fokus auf die schwarze Raumdecke mit gro\u00dfen, abgeh\u00e4ngten LED Leuchten gelenkt, die \u00fcber dem gro\u00dfz\u00fcgigen Eingangsbereich schweben und aus dem Bestand \u00fcbernommen wurden. Aus Nachhaltigkeitsgr\u00fcnden wurden der breite Treppenaufgang sowie der Bodenbelag der Lobby, die bei Umbauma\u00dfnahmen 2009 in das Geb\u00e4ude eingesetzt wurden, ebenfalls aus dem Bestand \u00fcbernommen und neu aufbereitet. Von dort aus f\u00fchrt der \u201eWalkway\u201c zum Aufzug, der im Innenraum komplett in Goldoptik designt wurde.<\/p>\n

Die Mitarbeiterb\u00fcros brechen den klassischen B\u00fcrocharakter durch die Rundumverglasung auf. Zus\u00e4tzlich sorgen auf den G\u00e4ngen und in Gemeinschaftsbereichen hohe, offene Decken f\u00fcr ein helles, frisches und freundliches Klima. F\u00fcr Briefings wurde ein farbenfroher Open Space Bereich konzipiert. Zus\u00e4tzlich befinden sich f\u00fcr die Mitarbeiter ein Playroom und eine Cafeteria im Geb\u00e4ude.<\/p>\n

F\u00fcr die Besucher-WCs wurden einzelne Toilettenh\u00e4uschen in Rosa und Blau aneinandergereiht. Eine Waschtischinsel trennt den Damen und Herrenbereich voneinander. Auf ein Deckenelement wurde komplett verzichtet, sodass die freien Rohrleitungen an die fr\u00fchere Werkshalle erinnern und den im ganzen Geb\u00e4ude sp\u00fcrbaren Industriecharakter fortf\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n
