The restaurant is a collaboration with Taiwanese partners, featuring a menu designed by the chef, which incorporates ingredients from Taiwan’s mountains, fields, rivers, and oceans with the best from around the world. The decor of the restaurant aims to highlight the diversity of Taiwan’s city and natural landscapes, with an emphasis on simplicity, elegance, modernity, and architecture, and includes a unique outdoor terrace for guests to relax in.<\/p>\n
