The property is picturesquely situated on Lake Abtsee in Upper Bavaria, whose water surface changes between razor-sharp reflections and soft watercolours depending on the light and time of day.[\/vc_column_text]

The listed castle houses the public areas: restaurant, fireplace lounge, club room, studio, and sports and physiotherapy rooms \u2013 all with views of the lake and access to spacious terraces. The patient rooms are located on the upper floors.<\/p>\n

The interior combines inspiration from the landscape with echoes of the young Sissi: bright, light and inviting. Custom-made features such as the deconstructed tile portrait above the fireplace and curtain rails that create cosy retreats add modern accents to the historic rooms.<\/p>\n

The guest rooms in the Rosenhaus take up the theme of the castle garden: stucco roses adorn each bed, and wallpaper opens up the view to a pergola entwined with vines. The bathrooms are also individually designed \u2013 with natural and landscape motifs that look as if they have grown over time.[\/vc_column_text]<\/div><\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>[\/vc_column][vc_column offset=”vc_col-lg-4″ el_class=”kitzigrechtsab”][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n

Das denkmalgesch\u00fctzte Schloss beherbergt die \u00f6ffentlichen Bereiche: Restaurant, Kaminlounge, Clubraum, Atelier sowie Sport- und Physiotherapier\u00e4ume \u2013 alle mit Blick auf den See und Zugang zu gro\u00dfz\u00fcgigen Terrassen. In den oberen Stockwerken befinden sich die Patientenzimmer.<\/p>\n

Das Interieur verbindet die Inspiration der Landschaft mit Ankl\u00e4ngen an die junge Sissi: hell, leicht und einladend. Sonderanfertigungen wie das dekonstruierte Fliesenportrait am Kamin oder Vorhangschienen, die gem\u00fctliche R\u00fcckzugsnischen schaffen, setzen moderne Akzente in den historischen R\u00e4umen.<\/p>\n

Die G\u00e4stezimmer im Rosenhaus greifen das Thema Schlossgarten auf: Stuckrosen schm\u00fccken jedes Bett, Tapeten \u00f6ffnen den Blick in eine umrankte Pergola.
