Living and working on the Phoenixsee

Among other buildings, two H-shaped office and residential use buildings have been created as part of the Phoenixsee project (outside of Dortmund’s city boundary). These have been designed not only to form an ensemble, but also buildings which independently stand alone. Both units feature an improved plaster facade and both incorporate a framework motif that can be interpreted differently. A reference to water can be felt throughout, especially in common room areas which allow a glimpse through the building, onto the water.

The penthouse apartments offer an impressive view with spacious terraces, top quality fittings and open floor plans which exceed normal standards.
